The restrictive Canadian DMCA has been put on the Canadian Parliament’s Notice Paper. As speculated the Minister of Industry, Jim Prentice will be introducing the Canadian DMCA, likely next Tuesday.
If action is not taken now in the form of writing a letter or email to your MP, the Minister of Industry (Jim Prentice), the Minister of Canadian Heritage (Josée Verner) and the Prime Minister of Canada (Stephen Harper) voicing your concern this legislation will become law.
Visit our ACT NOW page to do your part to stop the Canadian DMCA in 10 minutes or less.
