Why must we ensure that those who “oppose copyright reform are confronted every step of the way and they are defeated?”

Simple, that&#039;s what his corporate masters want.

With the opposition to this bill from informed, tech-savvy consumers, it seems his corporate masters have pressured him to step up the anti-consumer rhetoric.

I believe most Canadians do not oppose copyright reform as a whole, just the anti-consumer parts of it (ie: making it illegal to break digital locks for personal use). There needs to be a balance here, and Bill C-32 as it currently exists does not provide this balance.</description>
